An international background, applied with care

I am the founder of SR Services, an independent real estate advisory practice providing buyer-side real estate services for expats purchasing and owning property in Spain. I act exclusively for buyers and property owners, offering objective advice, local representation, and long-term support, with no affiliation to sellers, developers, or real estate agencies.

I have over 15 years of professional experience in international, advisory, and client-facing roles. I hold a Law Degree from ICADE (Universidad Pontificia Comillas) and an LLM from University College London (UCL). This legal background informs my analytical approach, risk awareness, and ability to coordinate complex processes involving multiple professional stakeholders.

My career has focused on working with internationally mobile clients who require clarity, independence, and trusted local support when making high-value decisions abroad. I have lived in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the South Pacific, experiences that have given me a deep understanding of cross-cultural expectations and the practical challenges faced by expats managing property across borders. I spent five years living in the Middle East, where I developed particular insight into working with overseas buyers and non-resident owners.

At SR Services, my core role is independent property search and buyer representation. I support clients through each stage of the buying process, including defining a clear brief, evaluating properties across the open market, accompanying viewings, and supporting negotiations and key decisions. My independence ensures that all advice is unbiased and aligned solely with my clients’ interests.

Beyond acquisition, I provide home staging coordination, renovation project oversight, and discreet property management. I work with a well-established network of trusted collaborators, including independent property lawyers, chartered surveyors, architects, and technical specialists, ensuring legal, technical, and practical matters are handled with rigor and transparency.

I work fluently in English, Spanish, French, and Italian, and I am currently learning Arabic. SR Services is designed for expats who value independence, discretion, and informed decision-making when investing in property in Spain.
